Reservation Policies
A $10 charge for each additional person (after two people) for the Bird and Deer Clan cabins
The Tahlequah and Echota Suites are for two people only
A two night minimum stay is required on some holidays and weekends
Reservations require a deposit of half of the total price
Reservations on holidays require full payment
Cancellations with 10 days notice will be fully refunded less a $20 booking fee
No refunds can be given for those with less than a 10 day notice
A 10 day notice is required for rescheduling of reservations
Full payment is required at check-in
No refunds for early departure
